Staying motivated in today's rat race can be really difficult,
(오늘날의 극심한 생존 경쟁에서 동기를 잃지 않는다는 것은 아주 어려울 수 있어요)
especially considering the fact that there are so many things that we must do that we simply don't want to do.

Now, it doesn't really matter that we don't want to do them; what matters is that they have to be done.

Now, when we have a goal, it means we have something to work toward.
